Nature of the service
UK Casino Evenings is an editorial information service about land-based casino premises in Great Britain. The publisher does not provide facilities for gambling within the meaning of the Gambling Act 2005, holds no gambling licence and needs none. No money of any kind is accepted through this website, and no gambling software is offered.
Licences of the venues listed
Every casino named on this site is operated by a company holding a non-remote casino operating licence issued by the Gambling Commission, and trades from premises licensed by the relevant local authority. Each venue page names the licensee and, where we could pin it, the account number, with a link to the public register. Licence status can change; the register is the authoritative record.
Northern Ireland is outside the Gambling Act 2005 and has no licensed casinos. Nothing on this site is directed at Northern Ireland.
Age
The site is intended for people aged 18 or over. It is an offence for a person under 18 to gamble in, or to enter the gaming area of, a casino in Great Britain.
Advertising standards
The site and any advertising for it are prepared with regard to the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP Code), section 16, and the Gambling Commission’s licence conditions and codes of practice as they bear on third parties. We do not present gambling as a solution to financial concerns, as a rite of passage or as a route to social success, and we do not address under-18s.
Independence
The publisher has no commercial relationship with any operator, casino or hotel listed and receives no payment, commission or benefit from them. The site carries no links to operator websites.
