The short version: there are no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. The details follow.

Your location
If you choose “My location” in a distance menu, your browser asks your permission and then gives the coordinates to a script on the page. The distance is calculated on your device. The coordinates are never sent to us, never stored and are forgotten when you leave the page. You can use the city and station list instead.
What we do not do
- No analytics, advertising or social-media scripts, pixels or fonts are loaded from third parties. The site’s security policy blocks them.
- No accounts, newsletters, contact forms or comment fields.
- No profiling and no automated decisions.
- No sale or sharing of data with casinos, hotels or advertisers.
Arriving from an advertisement
If you reach us by clicking an advertisement, the advertising platform may add an identifier to the address of the page and records the click on its own systems under its own privacy notice. We do not read, store or use that identifier.
Links to other sites
Links to Google Maps, the Gambling Commission, GamCare, SENSE, GAMSTOP, the NHS, Gamblers Anonymous and Creative Commons take you to sites with their own privacy notices.
Processors and transfers
Our hosting provider stores the site and its server logs on our behalf. We do not otherwise pass personal data to third parties.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and ask for processing to be restricted. Write to hello@ukcasinoevenings.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113).
Children
The site is for adults and we do not knowingly process data about anyone under 18.
